Ramadan Ende

Dear All
On 8/9 September 2010, Ramadan, the islamic holy month of fasting, ends with the joliday of Eid ul-Fitr and will be celebrated by Muslims around the World.
Eid ul-Fitr is a three day celebration in isalmic countries and is called "The Smaller Eid" compared with the "Eid ul Adha" that last four days and is called.
"The Greater Eid" The holiday is often abbrevieated to Eid, an Arabic word meaning "festivity" while Fitr means "to breal the fast" (and can also measn "nature", from the word "fitrah") and so symbolizes the breaking of the fasting period.
In mist Muslim countries, the entrire 3-day period is an official government/school holiday.
In the islamic calender. a holiday begins on sunset of the previous day, so obserbing Muslime will celebrate Eid ul-Ritr the sunset of Wednesday, the 8th of September.

A nasheed (islamic song) video about Eid

A beautiful Eid song:

I wish all Muslim Group Members, their families and friends and all Muslims
HAPPY Eid and PEACE around the World
