Constanze Hoffmann ist gelernte Textilreinigerin, sie arbeitete seit 1988 bei der   Fa. Ahrens-Textil-Service durch ihre schnelle Auffassungsgabe sowie ihr gutes Organisations- und Koordinationstalent als Assistentin der Geschäftsleitung.

Die Reiselust und Leidenschaft an schnellem Fahren haben die Tätigkeiten der Conny Hoffmann, wie sie von allen genannt wird, 2003 in die Motorsportbranche verlagert  zum   Nürburgring und nach Shanghai/China zur Firma   Matter Motorsport Consulting.
